Sustainable Future would like to work with customers and builders to get several Zero Energy Houses built.  The passive solar designs below come from the Appalachian State University Building Science Program.  There are a variety of different homes on this site. By adding PV and solar hot water systems these houses can become ZEHs. 

Such is the case with the Catawba Valley plan that was built as a ZEH for Habitat for Humanity.
